Many of us have experienced hurt, harm, or injury that has deeply affected our sense of self and disrupted our feelings of safety and security in the world. These core wounds can distort how we perceive and engage with life. Often, it’s our unresolved trauma, at the heart of our suffering, that requires gentle care and attention.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed contemplative and somatic practices, integrates ongoing advances in modern neuroscience, and is guided by evidence-based models of psychological healing. With a deep commitment to a client-centered focus, my goal is to help transform human suffering into wisdom, compassion, and loving action.
